Custom Enclosure to house Solar Components in the Lightship Alpha Vehicle
Designed and built an an enclosure made out of welded sheet metal in a week and a half for a coworker that needed support in packaging his solar charge controller modules. The enclosure houses the solar charge contollers and allows them to be mounted under the vehicle. This enclosure ended up going into our Alpha/Launch vehicle and was also tested on the solar panels that ended up being installed on the vehicle as well.

Inside there are three distribution posts, one for positive input, one for negative, and another for positive output.
Had headers for easy install and breakers to allow us to turn certain parts of the array on or off for service.
