Alpha High Voltage Junction Box (HVJB) //
Sole design engineer of a fully custom High Voltage Junction Box used in our Alpha Vehicle. (Launch Vehicle shown at SXSW 2023)
Similar to my other junction boxes, in terms of function, this one was installed in our Alpha Vehicle, which was the vehicle we launched with at SXSW. Even though it was built in 2023 and wasn’t IP rated, or as robust as the others, it still works to this day! I built this out of an exsiting OTS enclosure which I sent to a machine shop to get the clinch hardware installed. It’s a bit rough on the design side but I definetly improved on this with my more recent designs!
